Vendor/Performer acknowledges and agrees that participation in the event is at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor/Performer hereby releases, waives, and discharges Boys to Men Mentoring, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and venue affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, loss of equipment, or business interruption, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Vendor/Performer further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boys to Men Mentoring and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Vendor/Performer’s participation, operations, personnel, equipment, or services provided at the event.

Vendor/Performer is solely responsible for securing and maintaining any necessary licenses, permits, and insurance, including general liability coverage, and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue requirements.
