“Last year’s event was a testament to the power of community and mentorship, raising an incredible $400,000 to support our mission,” said Joe Sigurdson, Co-Founder and Chief Inspirational Officer of B2M. “With this funding, we expanded our program from 30 to 40 schools, directly impacting the lives of over 1,000 boys. This growth means more young men have access to the guidance, encouragement, and support they need to navigate life’s challenges and build brighter futures.”
Additionally, B2M’s annual Community Hero Award will be presented to long-time supporter and advocate Ernie Hahn, a driving force in the San Diego community. Hahn played a pivotal role in launching B2M’s annual Caddyhack Golf Festival eight years ago and continues to serve as Event Chair, helping the tournament become a major driver of support for B2M’s mission. Known throughout the region for his leadership in events, production, and philanthropy, Hahn uses his platform to amplify B2M’s reach and inspire others to invest in mentorship. Past honorees include former World Surfing Champion Shaun Tomson and prominent real estate developer and philanthropist Dene Oliver.
All proceeds from the event will expand mentorship programs, ensuring that even more boys have access to the guidance and support they need.
